C.1905 wool blend walking skirt. This probably had a matching jacket and would have been worn during autumn or springtime. Features "kick pleats" for walking and is made out of a VERY itchy wool. I wouldn't be surprised if there was horsehair woven in. Lined in brown cotton and has a wool tape around the bottom to stop the hem from being worn out. Fastens at the back with hook 'n eyes, waist measures
34", length 39" (would have been at about ankle level as a walking skirt).
